Here are pictures from our neighborhood party:
Next, we had school parties. Cooper's class dressed up, but none of the kids made it over an hour in their costumes! Here he is in the jumparoo with his scarecrow outfit on:
Jackson made it all day in his Spiderman costume! His class got to go on a costume parade around the square in downtown Covington. He had a blast "shooting webs" at the merchants and getting candy from them!
Carter had a carnival at his school. He loved being in his cowboy costume and really enjoyed playing all the games! Mommy and Daddy got to go and be with him during his festivities!
By the time Halloween night rolled around, we were candied out! We decided to go to the square where our church hosted "Trunk or Treat". Several members from our church parked their vehicles around the square so that children in the community could go around and trick or treat from the "trunks" of their cars. Each car had a different theme-ours was a GA. Bulldog tailgating theme. Brooke and Stewart did one as well. Their theme was a luau one and instead of candy, they handed out leis. It was really a lot of fun! It was pretty hectic, though as we had lines of people waiting to trick or treat. I waited with our boys in the line for over an hour and never made it to our vehicle! Needless to say, I didn't make too many pictures. We left trunk or treating a little early so that the boys could go make a run to Mack Daddy's house. Here are some pictures of them trick or treating around the square and then at Mack Daddy's house:
We had a lot of fun with Halloween this year and know that next year will be even more exciting with Cooper being in on the action more!
