Put Me In Coach...

Ever since he was a toddler, Carter has wanted to play baseball like his cousins Will and Mason. Although he still isn't quite old enough to play yet (he will be in the Fall) he is starting to live out his dream by being the bat boy for Will's team. He is doing a wonderful job and loves being in on the action. He loves dressing out like the big boys in his baseball uniform! Here are some pictures of him all dressed out!

Here's a picture of him in action!

My nephew Will is doing very well this year. He has already hit two homeruns over the fence! Here's a picture of him batting and one of him playing his position at first base!

Even Jackson tries to get in on the action. He is already swinging a bat and wants so badly to be out on the field with his "bubba"!

My nephew Mason is also playing great this year! He is a very consistent hitter and has decided to change positions from second base to being a catcher. He is doing a great job as catcher and makes several outs each game!

All Worn Out

Lately, we've cut out naps for Jackson and Carter as they will not go to sleep at night if they take one during the day. On this particular day last week, however, Jackson had worn himself out. I noticed that he was pretty quiet in the playroom and thought that he might be into something that he shouldn't. When I went to check on him, this is what I found. As you can see, he had crawled up onto the toy shelves and had fallen asleep! It was too funny and I had to take a picture before I moved him onto a pillow in the floor!

IT'S TWIN GIRLS

My cousin Holly, whom I'm extremely close to, gave birth to twin girls on March 7, 2007. We are so excited to have two new princesses in the family! I cannot wait to play dress up with them! Bonnie Kay came out first and weighed 5 lbs. 10.1 oz. She was born at 9:22 p.m. and was 18 inches long. Molly Margaret was last and weighed 5 lbs. 7 oz. She was born at 9:23 p.m. and was 18.5 inches long. Here are some pictures of our little angels!

Some Firsts

The past couple of months have been very busy at our house and have included several of Cooper's "firsts". He is now getting cereal several times a day and he loves it! Here are pictures of him eating cereal for the first time. He's not a very messy eater-he doesn't like to waste a bite!

He also had his first bath in the big bathtub! He does not like his bath a lot as he hates to have his clothes off. He is getting a little better, though.

Cooper celebrated his very first Valentine's Day in February by going to a Valentine banquet at our church. He liked it so much that he slept right through it. He and his brothers were little "heartbreakers", as you can see by his outfit and their shirts.

Cooper loved dressing up like a little leprechaun for his first St. Patrick's Day. Even though he wore green, his cheeks and legs still got pinched-after all, they are so cute that people can't resist! His brothers and cousins also got into the St. Patrick's Day spirit as you can see in a picture below!
