Bulldogs In Training

Cooper learned all about being a Bulldog tonight while watching his very first football game! He got all dressed up in his Georgia attire (even his shoes were Georgia!) to watch the Dawgs play ball. He was a little confused at first because Mommy and Daddy told him that the Bulldogs would definitely win, but the second half was much better and he started to understand why there's four quarters in a game! Daddy went to the game, but we settled on watching it on TV at home. Cooper is already looking forward to spending Saturdays in Athens! Carter and Jackson both showed Cooper how to have Georgia Pride! They both taught him how to "bark" like a Bulldog! GO DAWGS-SIC 'EM-WOOF-WOOF-WOOF-WOOF is all you could hear in our house for most of the game-Even Didi showed his Georgia spirit!

No wonder they say that It's great to be a Georgia Bulldog!

Christmas 2006

Christmas this year was extra special for us as we were given the greatest gift ever in the birth of Cooper. We really enjoyed spending time together as a family! There's nothing quite like seeing Christmas through the eyes of a child!

Here's a picture of Cooper posing for his first ever Christmas picture!

Jackson really enjoyed Christmas this year! He got so excited with each present that he opened! He would squeal in excitement and when we'd ask "What is it, Jackson?" he'd yell in delight "It is somephin"! It didn't really matter what the present was, he was equally excited about everything!

Carter also enjoyed Christmas this year! He really got into the Christmas spirit! He loved all of his presents and loved helping everyone else open theirs as well!

Every year, Didi reads the boys T'was The Night Before Christmas just before they go to bed-this year we added a new little elf to the tradition!

Carter absolutely loved Christmas morning! He especially loved his Terrodactyl Hot Wheels track and blue trampoline that Santa brought him!

Jackson also loved Christmas morning, although he really had no idea why he got all of the toys that he did! He had a hard time taking it all in and couldn't decide what to play with! It was too funny!

Cooper had a big morning as well. He prefered hanging out in his infant seat and taking a nap over looking at all that Santa had brought him! Next year he will definitely be into everything!

Needless to say, we had a wonderful Christmas. Carter and Jackson (and Cooper) were very good this past year, as you can tell from all of the presents that they got! They are already looking forward to Christmas next year. I think Carter already has three pages of his "Santa list" completed for next year!

Prince Cooper

Prince Cooper Alexander Zittrouer joined our family on December 21, 2006 at 2:35 p.m. He weighed 10 lbs. 3 oz. and was 20 inches long. He gave us a little scare and had to go to NICU not long after birth because his oxygen saturation level kept fluctuating a little too much! He spent the first day of his life in the NICU before joining mommy in her room Saturday afternoon. We are very happy to report that he is doing great now!

Here, Carter and Jackson anxiously wait to catch their first glimpse of their baby brother!

Mommy finally gets to see Cooper for the first time-she had to go to the NICU to see him

Jackson absolutely loves "his" baby. He is very protective of him and wants to help feed and hold him all the time!

Carter, Jackson and Daddy carry Cooper into our house for the first time!

Carter is doing much better in his role of Big Brother with Cooper than he did with Jackson. He even wanted to share his silkie with him-which is a HUGE deal! He is quite a helper as well and loves to get things for baby Cooper such as diapers, pacifiers, etc.

Now that Cooper has joined us, our family is now complete! We are very proud of our three little princes and cannot wait to see what the future holds for each of them. We are so blessed to have Cooper join our wonderful family!

Macho Macho Man

I just had to share these pictures of Jackson that I took at mama's house! I wonder if the Village People need another member for their group?

Our Little Turkey

Carter's class had a Thanksgiving Feast at school. Before the meal, they performed several Thanksgiving songs. Most everyone sang their hearts away, but Carter just stood there, except for one song in which he had to flap his wings like a turkey!

We had a wonderful time at the feast! Carter was especially excited that his Mimi and Mack Daddy got to come and eat with him! We did miss Didi, though!

Oh Christmas Tree...

We put up our Christmas Tree a little earlier than usual this year. The boys really loved helping decorate it and took great pride in their finished product! I decided to leave the ornaments just as they placed them on the tree because they were so excited and proud of what they had done! Most of the ornaments can be found at the bottom of the tree and around towards the back!

In this picture our snowflake is a little crooked, but we did fix it!

Other's Day

Each year at Carter's school, the boys and girls participate in Other's Day. Other's Day is the school's main fundraiser. It works similarly to a bike-a-thon or something like that. Individuals, companies, etc. can sponsor a child and give him or her money. In return, the boys and girls go out into the community to perform various tasks to help others. The K-3 and K-4 classes are the only ones that stay at school. The other classes go to predetermined locations such as the local parks and recreation facilities to plant flowers/pick up garbage. It is truly a way for them to give back to their community! Carter's class stayed at school and cleaned their chapel. It was lots of fun watching them clean the pews and to really take pride in their work! I just had to share some pictures of Carter cleaning away-boy, I wish he'd do this and be this enthusiastic about it at home!

Trick Or Treat

This year for Halloween, Carter wanted to be Spiderman and Jackson wanted to be Woody Cowboy from Toy Story.

They had a great time Trick-Or-Treating and getting candy!

They are already talking about what they will be next year!

The Great Pumpkin

Jackson and Carter had a wonderful time this year picking out their "perfect" pumpkins.

They had an even better time carving them. Jackson was a little hesitant at first about putting his hand in his pumpkin, but before long, he was cleaning his out like a pro!

Carter decided to make his pumpkin a Georgia Bulldog one and Jackson chose a cute pumpkin face. We also carved one for Baby Cooper!

Caution: Men At Work

Jackson celebrated his 2nd birthday on October 21st with a construction party. He had a blast playing in the dirt and loved the dump truck cake that his Bebe made him! It's hard to believe that our "little foreman" is already two!
